Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, customers, contractors, and other external parties, ensuring project requirements at customer sites are properly fulfilled. Coordinate and oversee project activities from the planning and development stage through implementation and final completion. Supervise the project team and ensure daily operations are carried out smoothly and according to project requirements. Manage project site activities, coordination, logistics, and customer-related arrangements. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating project documentation, schedules, meeting minutes, contractor briefing materials, and progress reports. Work closely with customer site operations teams to understand their requirements, address concerns, and obtain clarification where necessary. Attend contractor meetings when required by customers and communicate relevant issues, updates, and follow-up actions to the Manager. Support the Manager in managing customer care initiatives and maintaining positive customer relationships. Monitor customer satisfaction, feedback, complaints, and changes relating to personnel, equipment, processes, materials, and business requirements. Ensure all company personnel and subcontractors comply with applicable safety, environmental, and health policies and site requirements. Monitor work activities carried out by company personnel and subcontractors and review Job Safety and Risk Assessments (JSRA) to ensure proper safety practices are followed.

APPLY NOW!!! Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination and site management role. Good understanding of workplace safety, environmental, and health requirements. Possess Workplace Safety certification is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
