Your tasks

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor production parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform product measurements and visual quality inspections.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Prepare raw materials, tools, and production equipment.
• Assist with tooling changes and production changeovers.
• Identify and report basic machine or production issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.
• Work with senior technicians and supervisors to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

Job Description

• Position Title: Production Technician (Manufacturing/ No Experience Required)
• Working Location: North-East – Serangoon North
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• O’Level, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Candidates without extrusion experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Hands-on and comfortable working with production machinery.
• Willing to learn machine setting, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently after training.
• Experience in manufacturing, plastics, rubber, extrusion, machine operation, maintenance, or quality control is advantageous.
