Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical and Manufacturing industry Position Title: Production Operator (Moulding) Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company transportation provided) Working Hours: 5 Days (12 hours rotating shift) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Allowances + OT Pay + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Follow production schedules and ensure machines start, stop, and change over on time. Monitor moulding machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and curing time. Record production output and shift information accurately. Perform basic quality checks during production. Identify product defects and report issues to the supervisor. Assist with basic troubleshooting of moulding machines and equipment. Handle and load raw materials for production use. Ensure finished products meet quality requirements. Separate and report materials or products that do not meet specifications. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area. Use proper PPE and follow work instructions and SOPs. Support ISO and workplace safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Able to work well independently and in a team. Able to stand for long periods and carry items up to 15kg. Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including morning and night shifts.
