Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor
- Position Title: M&E Project Manager (Fire Protection)
- Working Location: Depends on the project
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone Allowance
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and oversee daily Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary installation works.
- Lead technicians, supervisors and engineers in handling site operations and technical matters to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
- Review and interpret shop drawings, coordinate with site personnel, and identify and resolve technical issues, equipment faults and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on project implementation and attend site meetings.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E services, including Fire Protection, ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing or Sanitary works.
- Strong knowledge of M&E project coordination and implementation.
- Able to lead site teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
- Good technical, communication and problem-solving skills.
