Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IT / AI & Video Analytics Solutions Position Title: IT Support Engineer Working Location: North-East – Tai Seng / MacPherson Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications at customer sites. Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Handle customer enquiries and provide solutions for product and service issues. Perform network setup, Windows command-line, and IIS troubleshooting. Maintain records of customer enquiries, incidents, and resolutions. Generate system logs, usage reports, and bug reports. Work with software developers to resolve complex technical issues. Keep updated on system changes, product information, and technical updates.

APPLY NOW!!! ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in on-site deployment, debugging, and technical customer support. Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting. Familiar with Windows Command Line and IIS. SQL knowledge is advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and task management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and support team members.
