Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Education / Montessori Position Title: Infant Educator Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct daily routines and learning activities such as songs, sensory play, storytelling, art, and movement. Support children’s language, independence, emotional regulation, and social development through daily interactions and routines. Observe and document children’s development, progress, and any concerns for follow-up. Provide responsive caregiving and supervise meals, hygiene, rest, and indoor/outdoor activities. Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and engaging classroom environment in line with ECDA requirements. Prepare learning materials and maintain classroom resources. Communicate children’s daily routines and well-being to parents and support parent-teacher meetings and centre activities. Work closely with colleagues and assistants, attend staff training, and support school programmes and events. Follow centre policies, ECDA regulations, and child safeguarding practices. Perform other related duties as assigned.

APPLY NOW!!! Minimum ACEY, HCIC, L1, L2, or relevant ECDA-recognised Early Childhood Care & Education qualification. Candidates currently pursuing relevant certification may be considered, subject to approval. Experience with infants or toddlers is preferred; candidates with relevant qualifications and limited experience are welcome. Good communication and classroom management skills. Observant, patient, and responsive to children’s needs. Able to work effectively in a team. Able to carry out caregiving duties, including lifting toddlers and floor-based activities.
