Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetic/ Skincare Position Title: HR Admin Assistant Working Location: Bukit Merah Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, leave, attendance, HR documentation and other employee lifecycle matters. Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and liaison with recruitment agencies. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including employment documentation, work pass applications and cancellations, medical check-ups and other pre-employment requirements. Monitor probation periods and coordinate performance appraisals, employee confirmation, probation extensions, agency warranty assessments and employee engagement initiatives. Manage attendance, leave and tardiness records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as salary adjustments, unpaid leave, deductions, incentives, medical claims and other payroll-related information. Administer Work Pass matters (Work Permit, S Pass, Letter of Consent, etc.), including quota monitoring, expiry tracking, renewal applications, government submissions and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, prepare manpower and HR reports, and support HR audits, compliance requirements and management reporting. Provide HR support and guidance to management, HODs and employees on HR policies, procedures and workplace matters. Assisting with HR policy updates, employee handbook revisions, job descriptions, staff communications and other HR or administrative projects.

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline At least 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, HR administration, statutory requirements, and MOM-related matters. Experience in work pass administration, payroll coordination, employee records management, HR audits or HR systems will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, HODs, candidates, recruitment agencies and other external parties. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
