Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction & Engineering Industry Position Title: Electrical Engineering Manager (ACMV) Working Location: Tengah (Company transportation provided) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 17:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits Duration: 1-year renewable contract

Key Responsibilities Manage technical design and cost estimation for upcoming projects. Provide engineering support for ongoing company projects. Ensure designs and tender submissions meet specifications, standards, codes and industry practices. Review tender submissions to ensure pricing is competitive and cost-effective. Analyse project opportunities, negotiate pricing and maintain relationships with consultants, building owners, architects and developers. Conduct competitor and supplier market analysis to prepare accurate and competitive tender prices. Lead the engineering team and other electrical engineering staff. Perform other duties as assigned.

APPLY NOW!!! Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field. Relevant experience in electrical, ACMV or M&E design and project engineering. Experience in cost estimation, tender preparation and tender evaluation. Good knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards and tender requirements. Able to review technical drawings, specifications and project costs. Strong leadership, commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficient in relevant engineering, design and costing software.
