Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Retail Trade Position Title: E-commerce Operations Executive Working Location: Central Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm) (4 days in office + 1 WFH day) Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries, after-sales support, returns and exchanges. Inspect incoming hair systems to ensure product quality, specifications and customer requirements are met. Manage inventory, stock levels and order fulfilment. Coordinate orders and appointments with hairstylists. Conduct quality checks on completed orders before shipment. Pack orders and arrange courier collections. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. Identify operational issues and improve workflows and procedures. Support content creation, social media and other business activities when required. Assist in training and managing new team members as the company grows. Gradually take ownership of day-to-day operations, with opportunities to progress into a management role. Provide reasonable flexibility in responding to straightforward customer enquiries outside regular working hours when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.

Hands-on and willing to take on different responsibilities. Experience in e-commerce, customer service or inventory management is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided for candidates without experience in hair systems.
