Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Design Engineer Working Location: Jurong West Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Perform product design, prepare production drawings, and carry out CNC programming. Organize daily production operations and related production administration for the department. Coordinate machine and assembly production lines and team activities to achieve optimal output, timely delivery, and required quality standards. Schedule and plan production orders, including doors, locks, and other products, to meet project delivery schedules set by the Projects and Sales Departments. Plan, forecast, optimize, and organize resources such as materials, tools, equipment, and manpower within the approved budget for each order. Maintain quality assurance processes and conduct quality control from in-process production to finished products. Review and improve process flows, operational procedures, production line layouts, configurations, and material flow systems. Liaise with QC/QA engineers to ensure production meets company quality standards. Assist with other business activities as assigned.

APPLY NOW!!! Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in civil, construction, structural, or related engineering work is preferred. Proficient in 3D modelling and drafting, with experience using AutoCAD. Proficient in SolidWorks. Experience in sheet metal work is required.
