• Position Title: Construction Project Manager
• Working Location: North-East
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday; 7:30am – 7:00 pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Your tasks

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise site foremen and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure daily, weekly, and overall timelines are met.
• Control project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Review and approve purchase requests and project-related expenditures.
• Ensure required equipment, materials, and resources are available on site.
• Issue Site Instructions (SI) and Variation Orders (VO) where required.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and relevant construction regulations.

Other

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Relevant experience managing construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, project scheduling, cost control, and contractor management.
• Familiar with SI, VO, quality control, and construction documentation.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently under project deadlines.
