Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Education / Montessori Position Title: Assistant Preschool Teacher Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and conducting daily lessons, activities, and routines based on the school curriculum. Support children’s learning through play-based and inquiry-based activities. Ensure children’s safety and well-being during playtime, meals, rest periods, and other activities. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development. Prepare and organize teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom setups. Observe and document children’s progress and behaviour and share updates with the Lead Teacher and parents when required. Maintain professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Keep the classroom clean, safe, and suitable for learning. Support school events, field trips, and community activities. Follow preschool policies and ECDA requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.

APPLY NOW!!! Minimum ACEY (Advanced Certificate in Early Years) or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education. Preschool or childcare experience is an advantage. Interest in supporting children’s learning and development. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Patient, supportive, and professional in working with children. Able to work effectively as part of a team. First Aid certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain the certification.
