Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Architectural Coordinator Working Location: Jurong West Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,300 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Handle project administration and architectural coordination, including preparing and reviewing floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door schedules, BIM models and required project submissions. Coordinate architectural drawings and technical information to ensure they are accurate, complete and aligned with project requirements. Liaise with main contractors, consultants and relevant project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure requirements are met. Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, coordination issues and potential clashes before construction. Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E requirements to ensure smooth integration across project disciplines. Monitor drawing revisions, submission status and project documentation to ensure the latest information is properly updated and communicated to relevant parties.

APPLY NOW!!! Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, with good Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk software, with hands-on experience in preparing architectural drawings and BIM documentation. Experience with Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Build will be an advantage. Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, submission requirements and project coordination processes.
