Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of buildings Position Title: ACMV Operations Manager Working Location: Midview City Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities Manage daily ACMV and facilities maintenance operations. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors. Ensure chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems operate properly. Attend to equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs. Monitor maintenance schedules, service quality and SLA/KPI performance. Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance works. Control maintenance costs and manpower resources. Monitor energy usage and identify energy-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements. Handle client feedback, complaints and operational meetings. Prepare maintenance and monthly operations reports. Support ACMV improvement, upgrading and replacement projects. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Good knowledge of ACMV systems and maintenance operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience managing contractors and clients.
