Shipping Clerk (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Processing of logistical processes such as orders, warehousing, and shipping
• Communication with suppliers and freight forwarders to handle transports
• Processing of returns and complaints
• Organizing customs formalities and dangerous goods shipments
• Monitoring goods flows and ensuring a smooth logistics chain
• Documentation and maintenance of inventory as well as creation of reports

Requirements:

• Completed training in the field of office, logistics, or comparable qualification
• Experience in logistical order processing desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP
• Willingness to work shifts
• English skills
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
