Ground Staff (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement both through direct placement and within the framework of temporary employment (ANÜ).

Tasks

• Competent care and support of guests before departure, after landing, and during their stay in the lounge
• Monitoring and ensuring the specified quality standards within the aircraft cabins
• Organization and management of the food and non-food warehouse, including inventory control and quality inspection
• Coordination and supervision of external handling service providers on the apron, taking into account all security and operational specifications
• Planning and assignment of suitable apron positions for aircraft according to operational requirements
• Processing and checking relevant flight operation documents such as Operational Flightplans, NOTAMs, weather information, as well as Mass-&-Balance documentation
• Support in the organization and ordering of catering as well as in the compilation of suitable menu offers
• Review of current flight planning, particularly regarding departure and arrival times, passenger numbers, and possible route changes

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as well as professional experience in a customer- or service-oriented field of activity
• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and at flexible working hours
• Independent and reliable way of working combined with strong team and service orientation
• High level of resilience, commitment, and flexibility
• Class B driver's license
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common MS-Office programs
