Sales Account Representative - SaaS ERP and Business Phone VOIP Solutions

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Account Representative, ideally selling SaaS software, cloud-based solutions, or telecommunications/VoIP products. Demonstrated expertise in lead nurturing — including multi-touch outreach sequences combining calls, email, and social media engagement. Hands-on proficiency with a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) — required, not optional; must be comfortable logging activity, managing pipelines, and pulling reports. Strong understanding of SaaS technology concepts (subscriptions, cloud delivery, integrations) and Business Phone / VoIP solutions, with the ability to explain technical features in plain business language. Experience running email marketing outreach campaigns — writing subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action that drive opens and replies. Active and confident social media presence — ability to prospect, connect, and engage with decision-makers on LinkedIn and other platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong phone presence for outbound calling and virtual meetings. Ability to articulate ROI and total cost of ownership clearly to business owners, operations managers, and IT stakeholders. Thorough understanding of modern sales and marketing techniques, including consultative selling and challenger sales methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams). Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time independently in a fully remote environment without day-to-day supervision. College / University Degree. Strong business acumen and a fast learner with genuine passion for technology sales.

Remote Work Requirements

Customer call shift: 12 noon – 8 PM GMT. Mandatory broadband internet connection capable of stable, high-quality video conferencing throughout the shift. Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from external noise (street noise, background voices, or other distractions) — required for professional client calls and video meetings. A reliable computer with a working webcam and headset/microphone for video conferencing. Stable power supply or backup power solution to ensure uninterrupted availability during scheduled work hours.
