Waiter

Responsible for providing warm, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining Anno 1885’s standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with their selections.
• Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Check on guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns politely and appropriately.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Follow company standards, SOPs, and hygiene requirements.
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 32 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or in a similar background
• Effective communication and active listening skills for conversing with guests
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure
• Oriented toward serving others and providing excellent guest service
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and attentive to detail
• Friendly, helpful, polite, and courteous
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta
