Receptionist (M/F)

Gross salary: approximately €2,200.00 per month - 39 hours per week

Join our dynamic team as a Day Receptionist in a hotel residence, an essential role in providing an exceptional experience to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, efficient assistance, and high-quality customer service in our hotel residence. You will play a key role in the daily management of the front desk, ensuring smooth communication and responding to the varied needs of visitors and residents. Your energy, professionalism, and ability to multitask will be essential to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

What you will do

• Warmly welcome guests, visitors, and residents upon arrival with enthusiasm and courtesy
• Manage incoming telephone calls via a multi-line telephone system, using impeccable telephone etiquette
• Provide accurate information on residence services and local attractions, and respond to various requests efficiently
• Ensure the management of reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while respecting established procedures
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area at all times
• Manage emergency or customer service situations with calmness and professionalism
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience

Profile sought

• Multilingual or bilingual, capable of communicating easily with an international clientele
• Experience in customer service or reception in the hotel or residential sector is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in English (other languages appreciated)
• Proficiency in multi-line telephone systems and effective telephone etiquette techniques
• Exceptional sense of service, positive attitude, and ability to multitask simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining courteous and professional
• Flexibility in scheduling to cover different shifts
