Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct and administer psychological test tools.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.
- Support general HR administration and related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (MUST)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with internship experience in a related field.
- Proficient in psychological test tools.
- Able to conduct candidate interviews in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Willing to be placed in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
