Bussiness Development Manager

Qualification:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Partnership
• Proven experience handling end-to-end business development processes: from presentations, negotiations, deal closing, contract finalization, to project/outlet opening
• High mobility and willingness to travel for business purposes
• Strong ability to identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities
• Experienced in reviewing agreements/contracts for outlet expansion or business development initiatives
• Familiar with B2B and B2C business processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
