Transport Supervisor (Car Carrier)

Your tasks

1. Control the plan for order volume and truck dispatch, as well as preparing summary reports and sending them to all concerned parties.

(วางแผนและควบคุมปริมาณคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดรถขนส่ง พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลและนำส่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

1. Control the arrangement of truck queues and assign trucks for loading in cooperation with the warehouse and concerned teams.

(ควบคุมและจัดลำดับคิวรถบรรทุก รวมถึงมอบหมายรถเข้าดำเนินการโหลดสินค้า โดยประสานงานร่วมกับคลังสินค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

1. Manage and control truck performance (truck utilization and truck turnaround).

(บริหารและควบคุมประสิทธิภาพการใช้รถบรรทุก (อัตราการใช้รถ และระยะเวลาหมุนเวียนรถ)

1. Monitor and control for on-time delivery to customers.

(ติดตามและควบคุมการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาแก่ลูกค้า)

1. Solve and take preventive action for all customer feedback and complaints.

(ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันกรณีข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า)

1. Operate and support GPS functions related to planning jobs.

(ดำเนินงานและสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ GPS ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนงานขนส่ง)

1. Support all activities regarding working safety and the company's SHE policy.

(สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (SHE) ของบริษัท)

1. Other ad-hoc assignments by superior.

Requirements

1. Age 30-40 years.
2. Have 3-5 years of experience (Experience controlling own-fleet Car Carrier / Controlling Drivers / Work Processes).
3. Bachelor's degree or higher.
4. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
5. Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
