RETAIL MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be responsible for maximizing sales profitability, managing and developing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales targets, analyze performance reports (P&L, KPIs, traffic), and execute growth strategies.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and mentor store associates to foster a team-first, high-performing culture.

• Customer Service: Lead by example on the sales floor, handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Inventory & Operations: Manage stock levels, oversee shipping/receiving, conduct stock audits, and minimize shrinkage or waste.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, organized, and brand-compliant store displays and promotional setups.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, labor laws, cash-handling controls, and health and safety regulations.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good financial and numerical acumen (budgeting, P&L, sales tracking).

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
