Demand & Supply Planner M/F (M/F)

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Director, you will be responsible for the forecasting and supply planning of a portion of the suppliers centralized on our platform, as well as the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

The missions:

• Direct responsibility for a portfolio of suppliers: Forecasting, Orders, Delivery tracking, Stock Management, etc.
• Performance analysis and implementation of corrective actions: Forecasting, Supplier service level, Overstock, Store shortages, etc.
• Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Stores, Logistics Platform) to guarantee optimal Supply operation for your portfolio and to apply defined strategies
• Leading projects to improve our Supply operations

Your assets:

• You hold an engineering degree, a business school degree, or a specialized Master's in Logistics or Supply Chain (Bac +5)
• You have significant experience of at least 3 years in planning and supply management, ideally in the distribution or retail sector.
• You master planning and stock management tools. You know how to use ERP functionalities to contribute to the improvement of Supply performance. You are proficient in Pack Office, particularly Excel with an advanced level (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,..)
• You know how to analyze, synthesize, and communicate problems encountered as well as proposed solutions to your team and other departments.
• You are comfortable with project management and the implementation and monitoring of actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team spirit will be assets in successfully carrying out the missions entrusted to you.
• You speak English fluently.
