Internal Control and Risk Management Assistant M/F (M/F)

Main responsibilities

Internal control

• Participate in the design, formalization, and updating of internal procedures.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and operating procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews of company processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor the effective application of procedures and control mechanisms.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control system.

Risk management

• Participate in the identification, analysis, and assessment of company risks.
• Update the risk mapping.
• Ensure the monitoring of risk indicators (KRI).
• Propose measures to reduce and control identified risks.
• Participate in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises.

Reporting and awareness

• Develop dashboards and reports for internal control and risk management.
• Ensure the follow-up of audit recommendations.
• Raise awareness and support employees regarding internal control procedures, policies, and best practices.

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, Finance, Management, or an equivalent field.

Experience

First experience in internal control, internal audit, compliance, risk management, or management control is appreciated.

Technical skills

• Ability to analyze and document processes.
• Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
