Fluent English is a requirement, university education in economics, finance, or human resources is an advantage, experience in the field of HR, payroll, or operational processes is an advantage, advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint), knowledge of Power BI is an advantage, experience with SAP and/or Workday environments is an advantage, analytical and organizational skills, orientation towards detail and quality of work performed, communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, systematic approach to problem-solving, experience in communicating with stakeholders and customers is an advantage, stress resistance, experience in an international environment or Shared Services is an advantage, orientation towards results and adherence to established deadlines and quality standards.
