Your tasks

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will deliver attentive, professional, and personalized service, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will help ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding meal from start to finish.

• Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Assist in training and managing the team of bartenders, servers, and service support staff
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or special requests promptly
• Ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with the Manager and team to improve operational procedures and guest experience
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering
• Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
• Team building and management skills with a focus on training and development
• A passion for exceptional service and delivering world-class experiences to guests
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• A professional, friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
