Your tasks

As an Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing the daily operations of our dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience and the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining the quality and excellence that define Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of the outlet.

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and manage a diverse team, including waiters, assistant waiters, bartenders, and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation always
• Collaborate with the culinary and other teams to create memorable guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage inventory and stock control, ordering supplies as necessary
• Monitor financial performance and ensure the outlet meets profitability goals
• Ensure the outlet adheres to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a luxury restaurant or bar setting
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Solid understanding of 5* hospitality operations & inventory management
• Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment
• A dedication to delivering a world-class guest experience
