Your tasks
Your Role As a Commis Chef at Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa, you will support the preparation of dishes and daily kitchen tasks, following the instructions of the team and adhering to our hotel's high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
What you will do
- Support the kitchen team in daily tasks
- Preparation of raw materials (cleaning, cutting)
- Execution of simple preparations according to the Chef's instructions
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen areas
- Adherence to food hygiene and safety rules
- Collaboration with other kitchen members for smooth and efficient operation

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants*
- Basic culinary knowledge or studies in the field of gastronomy
- Willingness to learn and professional development
- Responsibility, consistency, and team spirit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Knowledge of food hygiene & safety
- Basic knowledge of the English language
