Job Summary

You will provide facial and body treatments while delivering attentive customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth salon operations to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and body treatments following established service protocols to meet client needs
• Conduct consultations to assess client skin and body conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
• Deliver professional and attentive customer service throughout each treatment to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe environment
• Prepare and handle treatment products and equipment properly to maintain quality and safety standards
• Support daily salon operations to ensure efficient workflow and a smooth customer experience
• Uphold professional appearance, conduct, and service standards consistently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in beauty therapy, facial treatments, or body treatments
• Knowledge and practical skills in facial and body treatment procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and detail-oriented
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work a 6-day work week and adhere to stated working hours
• Valid eligibility to work in Singapore
