Your tasks
- Welcome customers, explain products and assist with orders.
- Arrange and replenish bakery displays, maintaining product presentation and freshness.
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Slice and pack bakery products using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
- Prepare and serve simple beverages according to outlet standards.
- Rotate between service, cashiering, display and beverage stations as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Check product labels, stock levels and expiry dates, and report shortages or quality concerns.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist with opening, closing and other reasonable duties related to outlet operations.
Requirements
- Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, beverage counter service or drink preparation is preferred.
- Friendly, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
- Able to follow food handling procedures and operate equipment safely.
- Good communication skills and attention to accuracy when handling orders and payments.
