• The Formwork Manager is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and supervising all formwork-related activities across construction projects. This includes formwork system selection, design coordination, material planning, installation, inspection, dismantling, and overall site execution.
• The role ensures that all formwork works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• The Formwork Manager will lead the formwork team, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure optimal utilisation of manpower, equipment, and formwork materials to achieve project objectives.
• Improve productivity without compromise to Safety and Quality.
