Junior Creative Communication

Job Description

• Create graphic designs for social media, website, presentations, and other company promotional materials.
• Edit photos and videos to support digital marketing activities and company documentation.
• Develop creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.
• Write engaging captions, short articles, and marketing copy aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Capture and document company activities through photography and videography.
• Manage the content creation process from concept development to publication.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the company's visual identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to produce promotional materials.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library, including photos, videos, and design files.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to use Canva and CapCut; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus.
• Basic skills in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and copywriting.
• Understanding of social media management and current digital content trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, communicative, able to work under deadlines, and a strong team player.
• A portfolio showcasing design work or digital content is required.
