Job duties: Cinnamon restoran in Tallinn Old Town invites you to join their team as bartenders and waiters, with the possibility to work full-time or part-time. Job duties; Friendly and professional reception of clients and seating them at tables. Correct taking of orders and clear communication with the kitchen and bar. Fast and high-quality serving of food and drinks even during busy service times. Ensuring the maintenance of tables and preparing them for the next guests. Polite handling of client requests and simple complaints. Recommending products on the menu and performing upselling at appropriate moments. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the service area. Efficient cooperation with the team to ensure a smooth service process.

Other requirements: Previous experience in the catering or service field is an advantage, but not mandatory. Readiness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and good communication skills. The ability to remain calm even during busy service times. Basic knowledge of customer service standards. Reliability and accuracy. English language skills are mandatory, Estonian language skills at least at B1 level are recommended. Russian language skills are useful but not mandatory (to assist in serving both tourists and locals). Previous work experience in Old Town restaurants or in a tourist-heavy environment is an advantage.
