Join Our Nursing Services Team

We are looking for a proactive, organised and meticulous Executive (Nursing Services) to provide administrative and operational supportto the Nursing Management Team.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuringthe smooth day-to-day operations of the department while coordinatingadministrative matters, schedules, documentation, procurement, reporting anddepartmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Nursing Management Team.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and appointments for the Nursing Management Team, including preparation of agendas, meeting logistics, minutes and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with budget planning and expenditure monitoring, including CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Compile and maintain monthly nursing and ward-related statistics, reports and data for management review.
  • Maintain an organised filing and document management system for both electronic and hard-copy records.
  • Provide administrative support for licensing, accreditation and regulatory documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining Nursing Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative policies.
  • Raise Material Requisitions (MR) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) through SAP and liaise with the Procurement Team on purchases.
  • Manage departmental inventory, stationery, assets and annual asset-sighting activities.
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical arrangements for departmental events and initiatives.
  • Support staff onboarding by preparing workstations and other requirements.
  • Coordinate staff meal orders, ration submissions and other departmental administrative matters.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Health Administration, Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and statistical/data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Energetic, adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities.
