Your tasks
- Identify, onboard, and manage campus ambassadors and sales representatives
- Support and motivate the sales team to hit targets
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
- Maintain basic records and report weekly to the founder
- Support community engagement
Requirements
- Currently serving as a NYSC corps member
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy building things and making things happen
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and Instagram
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce is a strong plus
