Internship Student

Responsibilities:

Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments or redevelopment projects. Advising on optimal land use, planning permissions, zoning regulations, and building codes. Performing compulsory acquisition assessments and negotiating compensation claims. Conducting formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance, and financial reporting. Analyzing real estate market trends, transactional data, and rental yields to determine accurate property values.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of OND. No experience/less than 1 year of experience.
