MULTI-SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR (M/F)

Reporting to the Operations Direction of the BUI, you will support three industrial sites as well as the support functions within your scope, in the deployment, management, and operational improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety policy, in coherence with the Group's orientations. You will play a key role in the transformation of our practices and the anchoring of a strong prevention culture.

Your mission: Deploy and harmonize the Health-Safety policy and practices across all sites within your scope

• Manage occupational risk prevention (DUER, audits, golden rules, major risks) and ensure the operational control of Occupational Health and Safety
• Support and lead teams and management in the development of a sustainable safety culture
• Analyze accidents, incidents, and Health-Safety indicators, manage action plans, and ensure reporting to the Direction and the Group
• Structure and coordinate Health-Safety training and communication, by developing the skills of safety representatives and supporting initiatives to improve working conditions.

Profile Description:

With higher education in Health and Safety, including skills in ergonomics, you have proven experience in a similar position, acquired in a demanding industrial environment, ideally multi-site, with an interest in the agri-food sector.

You master Health-Safety regulations and are recognized for your ability to structure, manage, and bring transverse projects to life, in connection with various stakeholders (General Management, site management, operational management, IRP, HR).

A field leader, committed and pedagogical, you know how to unite, engage, and advance teams around the challenges of prevention, safety, and performance. Your pragmatic approach, your operational presence, and your ability to create connections are key levers for establishing a solid and shared health and safety culture.

Possessing an excellent analytical and synthesis spirit, comfortable with indicators and reporting, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and a sense of priorities to effectively manage Health-Safety initiatives and support their continuous improvement.

Fluent English is required for interactions with our international interlocutors (cross-site visits, sharing REx.).

Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46), North Lot, approximately 45 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde.
