GROUP QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER M/F

Reporting to the Quality, Safety, Environment Director, you are the guarantor of the consistency, robustness, and performance of the Group's Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a multi-site, multicultural, and multi-referential environment. As a true architect of the quality system, you support subsidiaries in applying Group standards and contribute to strengthening the quality and food safety culture internationally.

Your mission:

  • Lead the governance of the subsidiaries' quality systems,
  • Define, harmonize, and evolve Group referentials and certifications (GFSI, ISO, product certifications...),
  • Deploy Group quality standards and support their adoption by the sites,
  • Structure and manage cross-functional processes, particularly crisis management and strategic projects,
  • Supervise the approval of new sites, subsidiaries, or industrial partners,
  • Develop the digitalization of the quality system and its tools,
  • Organize and manage internal audits, system reviews, and continuous improvement processes,
  • Act as the reference contact for subsidiaries, regional management, external auditors, and strategic partners. With higher education in Quality, Food Industry, or equivalent (Master's degree), you have at least 5 years of experience in managing quality management systems on an international scale, ideally acquired in the food industry.

You master ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP referentials, as well as GFSI standards and major product certifications (Bio, RSPO, Halal, Kasher, etc.). Your solid experience in audits, certifications, and continuous improvement processes provides you with a strong capacity for analysis, structuring, and managing cross-functional projects.

Pragmatic and unifying, you enjoy complex environments and know how to build commitment around quality requirements and projects. Your interpersonal skills, sense of priorities, and ability to work with multicultural teams will contribute to your success in this position. Recognized for your rigor, you know how to bring diverse stakeholders together around common objectives and support change in complex environments.

Your fluent English level (minimum C1) allows you to interact effectively with subsidiaries, production sites, and Group partners throughout the world.

Located in Auneau, and ideally situated 1 hour from the center of Paris and 30 minutes from Chartres, the site is part of an attractive and well-connected territory.
