As part of its financial performance ambitions, Andros is recruiting a
Reporting to the Director of Controlling and as part of a team of 8 people, you will manage the financial processes related to the Board tool in order to guarantee its performance, reliability, and suitability for business needs. You will support the evolution of the tool to serve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement, data quality, and user support.
Your mission:
- Manage the financial processes of the EPM tool and ensure their effectiveness and alignment with company objectives,
- Optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms,
- Collect and formalize business needs to evolve the tool,
- Lead evolution projects and coordinate stakeholders,
- Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and integrity of financial data,
- Support and train users on a daily basis to promote tool adoption and ensure effective daily support.
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance, accounting, or controlling and have at least 5 years of experience in a financial environment, with a good mastery of planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Ideally, you have led projects for the implementation or evolution of financial management tools.
You are proficient in an EPM tool, ideally Board, as well as Excel, and are comfortable with data environments. You know how to translate business needs into concrete solutions and manage application evolutions.
A good listener, you demonstrate a sense of service and know how to support users with diverse profiles. Pedagogical, you are able to make technical subjects accessible. You have a strong appetite for tools and know how to lead and unite cross-functional teams with leadership and pragmatism.
Fluent English is essential to operate in an international environment; another language (German or Spanish) is a plus.
Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46) North of Lot, 45 min from Brive. Eligible for 2 days of teleworking according to company agreement.
