ESG COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING SPECIALIST M/F

Reporting to the Sustainable Transition Service Manager, within the Sustainable Transition, External Relations and Communication Department, you will contribute to the structuring and deployment of the Group's ESG compliance and non-financial reporting system in a context of evolving regulatory requirements regarding sustainability.

Your mission:

  • Lead the Group's ESG compliance work and coordinate the operational implementation of the ESG reporting system, particularly within the framework of CSRD requirements,
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and lead projects related to ESG compliance,
  • Organize, ensure the reliability of, and consolidate the collection of non-financial data in connection with the relevant departments and subsidiaries,
  • Deploy and improve the processes, procedures, and tools necessary for ESG compliance and reporting,
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring and anticipate evolutions in ESG requirements,
  • Support teams and subsidiaries in understanding and applying regulatory obligations. Equipped with higher education (Master's degree) in sustainable development, compliance, finance, audit, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in CSR, ESG, non-financial reporting, audit, or consulting. You have a good command of CSRD, ESRS standards, and European regulations regarding sustainability. You have initial experience in managing cross-functional projects and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational actions.

Rigorous, autonomous, and possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills, you know how to bring together diverse stakeholders. Comfortable with office tools, you have an interest in digital tools and AI.

Fluent English (C1 level) is essential.

Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46), in the north of Lot, 45 minutes from Brive, eligible for two days of teleworking per week.
