Packaging Expert (M/F)
As part of the reinforcement of its technical expertise and its innovation approach, Andros is looking for two profiles:
A GLASS-CAP PACKAGING EXPERT (M/F)
AND
A PAPER-FLAT CARDBOARD-CORRUGATED CARDBOARD PACKAGING EXPERT (M/F)
Reporting to the Packaging Innovation and Transformation Director, you will provide your technical expertise to secure packaging choices, harmonize practices, and support subsidiaries in their projects. As a true referent within your scope (glass-cap or corrugated or flat cardboard), you guarantee the mastery of packaging quality levels, lead qualification processes, and contribute to the integration of new technologies and materials to serve the Group's industrial, economic, and environmental performance.
Your mission:
- Define and deploy technical standards and packaging best practices within the Group,
- Lead packaging qualification processes and support their deployment in subsidiaries,
- Analyze technical solutions proposed by suppliers and contribute to technological choices within the framework of category management,
- Conduct studies, tests, and proofs of concept to evaluate new materials and innovations,
- Support the resolution of complex issues related to packaging and conditioning,
- Train internal teams and disseminate technical knowledge to develop skills. With higher education (Master's degree) in packaging, materials, or industrial engineering, you have proven experience (minimum 7 to 10 years) in packaging development or industrialization.
You master materials, conditioning technologies, as well as transformation and printing processes at suppliers and the associated quality requirements. Curious, rigorous, and solution-oriented, you know how to lead cross-functional projects, support change, and are recognized for your ability to share your knowledge with internal teams and external partners.
Fluent English (C1 level) is indispensable.
Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46), in the north of Lot, 45 minutes from Brive, eligible for two days of remote work per week.
