As part of an increase in activity, Andros is recruiting a:

EPM BOARD DEVELOPER M/F

Reporting to the Director of Andros Digital Services within the Information Systems Department, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of performance management solutions. Working closely with business teams and technical teams, you will transform functional needs into reliable, high-performance, and scalable solutions within a Board environment.

Your mission:

• Collect and analyze the needs of business teams in order to propose suitable solutions,
• Structure, model, and analyze data to guarantee the relevance of management indicators,
• Develop applications, workflows, screens, and scenarios by applying management rules that meet business challenges,
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions,
• Participate in the testing, acceptance, and deployment phases and support key users. With higher education in computer science, information systems, or data (min. Master's degree), you have solid experience (min. 3-5 years) in the development of EPM solutions, ideally on Board. You master SQL, data modeling, and enjoy working in project mode in contact with business units.

Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical, you are capable of designing reliable and user-centric solutions. Your listening skills and your ability to challenge requests allow you to effectively support users in the definition, standardization, and prioritization of their needs.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is indispensable to collaborate effectively with our international subsidiaries (C1 level required).

Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46), in the north of Lot, 45 minutes from Brive, eligible for two days of teleworking per week.
