As a true conductor, you will ensure stakeholder coordination, change management, and the operational deployment of solutions to users.

Your mission:

  • Lead end-to-end Procurement transformation projects, from scoping needs to the deployment of solutions, while respecting quality, cost, deadline, and user adoption objectives.
  • Contribute to the harmonization of Procurement processes, methods, and tools at the Group level by ensuring their consistency with defined standards and the needs of different entities.
  • Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs in order to define, with the Procurement teams, the DSI, and external partners, the most suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders, facilitate workshops and steering committees, and ensure regular reporting on progress, risks, and action plans.
  • Support change management by implementing the communication, training, and monitoring actions necessary for the appropriation of new tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Procurement function through data reliability, monitoring performance indicators, sharing best practices, and capitalizing on lessons learned. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, you are comfortable with digital tools, data management, and continuous improvement processes. Occasional travel to our sites is to be expected.

Finally, you have a professional level of English (minimum C1) allowing you to operate effectively in an international environment.
