As part of the development of the MDD Fruits & Spreads business and in order to support the management of its performance on a European scale, Andros is recruiting a COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST M/F for its Business Division.

Reporting to the Fruits & Spreads Division and within a team of 7 people, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the commercial performance of the MDD Fruits & Spreads business on a European scale. Your mission: Produce and ensure the reliability of dashboards, consolidated reporting, and projection exercises (budget, landing, medium-term plan), Consolidate the tender portfolio at the European level and monitor the performance of won and lost tenders, Analyze volumes, prices, and margins by customer, category, and territory in order to identify performance levers, Create a common quoting tool for homogeneous analysis of cost structures and quoting assumptions, Identify price variances, margin construction inconsistencies, and value drifts to inform decision-making, Support the Sales and Category Management teams in the preparation of tenders, performance reviews, and customer analyses, Contribute to the optimization, automation, and harmonization of management tools as well as the structuring of data frameworks.

Your profile: You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Data Analysis, or equivalent and must have a successful first experience of at least 2 years in management control, business analysis, or data analysis, ideally acquired in an agri-food industrial environment. Your English practice is professional and allows you to interact in an international context.

Rigorous and structured, you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. Comfortable in cross-functional environments, you know how to transform data into concrete recommendations and support teams in their strategic thinking. Curious, autonomous, and proactive, you enjoy collaborative work and continuous improvement projects.

Permanent contract (CDI) based in Biars-sur-Cère (46), in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, 45 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde.

Eligible for 2 days of teleworking according to company agreement.
