As a Cook you will
- Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Have a thorough understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures related to Health & Safety
- Inspect raw materials to ensure quality and report any shortages
- Participate in the daily preparation of food within the hotel
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Entry Requirements:
- Graduate of a culinary school
- Previous work experience in a 4- or 5-star boutique hotel environment
- Fluency in Greek, both spoken and written, is required
- Knowledge of English is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food handling
- Familiarity with new gastronomic trends
- Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to grow
- Professional appearance and behavior, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with all departments
- Responsibility and organizational skills
