Your tasks
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models, with a strong emphasis on LLMs.
- Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implement automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate AI capabilities.
- Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
- Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
- Support design of scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems.
- Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and LLM-based architectures.
- Experience in data science workflows (data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment).
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML/AI libraries.
- Experience with low-code AI agent development (Copilot Studio) and automation tools (Power Automate).
- Strong plus: experience with high-code AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry).
- Experience with cloud-based AI systems (Azure ecosystem preferred).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to structure complex problems and develop scalable AI solutions.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
- Reliable, self-driven, and solution-oriented work ethic.

We are legally required to state the collective agreement minimum salary of €3.396,21 gross per month for this position. However, we offer market-competitive compensation depending on qualifications and professional experience. Please note that this position will be filled via an external company (leasing).
