*Responsibilities*

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of our practice
  • Schedule appointments accurately using electronic medical records systems such as Juno EMR
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records promptly
  • Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate staff members
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, data entry,
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations

*Qualifications*

  • Prior experience as a medical office receptionist is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records platforms is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately assist with patient inquiries and documentation
  • Demonstrated office experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times

Pay: $17.60-$24.77 per hour
