We are looking for a Mid-Level Market Supervision Analyst for the legal core; you will ensure the correct application of ANBIMA's Self-Regulation codes. Acting in normative analyses, issuing legal opinions, and supporting processes involving financial and capital market institutions.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Legal drafting and review of notifications, reports, and other instruments as provided for in the ANBIMA process code.
  • Issuance of legal opinions pertinent to Market Supervision.
  • Internal advisory for Market Supervision on legal and regulatory issues, especially in the context of ANBIMA's self-regulation codes.
  • Advisory to rapporteurs in processes initiated against institutions participating in ANBIMA's self-regulation codes.
  • Analysis and study of regulation and self-regulation pertinent to financial and capital markets.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor of Law with active OAB registration.
  • Robust experience in capital market areas, in law firms, banks, brokerages, asset managers, and/or fiduciary administrators.
  • Possession of legal, technical, and regulatory knowledge regarding CVM and/or ANBIMA standards, especially concerning investment funds.
  • English proficiency that allows for the reading of international documents and research.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel (intermediate).
  • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Skill in formal oral and written communication of texts and legal opinions.
  • Ability to work in a group and interact daily with areas of different segments within ANBIMA.
  • Proactive profile for problem-solving and implementing improvements in deliverables.
  • Seeks continuous development.
