General Manager

Anatolia Hospitality is seeking an experienced, dynamic and forward-thinking Hotel General Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of the new ONOMA Hotel in Athens . The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, strong operational expertise, commercial awareness and a hands-on approach to hotel management, combined with a genuine passion for modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel. Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.). Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards. Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams. Handling operational issues and guest complaints. Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners. Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets. Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Required Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a city hotel. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and daily workflows. Solid understanding of cash handling, financial controls and cost management. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with PMS, POS systems and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
